DRAWING PAPER PAINTING COURSE

Learning to draw begins with mastering the basics of drawing. Drawing is not only an independent form of fine art, it is also the basis for painting, illustration, and other arts. Paper drawing is the most common support for drawing, printing, prints, watercolour etc. When it comes to drawing, Paper should be basically made up of vegetable fibre which is created by breaking into individual fibres and sheets are formed by casting fibre-water mixture on which drawing is done.

INK COURSE

In this course, you will learn about materials that are used for painting or printing and are involved with a variety of artistic purposes. Most inks are used for drawing but some are also used for painting or writing.

OIL PAINTING COURSE

Oil painting is the process of painting with pigments with a medium of drying oil as the binder. The advantage of oil painting is that it allows images to come out with greater flexibility, richer and denser colour, the use of layers, and a wider range from light to dark, but the process is generally slower.

ACRYLIC PAINTING COURSE

Acrylic paint is a fast-drying paint made of pigment suspended in acrylic polymer emulsion. Most acrylic paints are water-based, but become water-resistant when dry. Depending on how much the paint is diluted with water. Acrylic paints have great optical clarity and excellent light stability. Their unique surface properties offer the ability to rework immediately and achieve extremely thin or thick surfaces. Acrylics are the most common paints used as they dry quickly and can easily be peeled off a surface while painting.

WATERCOLOUR COURSE

Watercolour painting is done with the use of paints that are made of pigments suspended in water-based solution. It is done on watercolour paper specifically which is often made entirely or partially of cotton. Watercolour is the most difficult and ancient form of painting, also known as gouache painting. It can be usually transparent, opaque and is usually applied to paper. It is usually popular among illustrators and designers.

PLEIN-AIR PAINTING

Also known as Outdoor Painting, In this session, you will be allowed to take your canvas and easel outdoors whether it is a terrace, a garden or someone who can be the model for you. You can use nature as your inspiration or any prop and paint. For this, sunlight would be your main source for painting.

  5. Art Therapy
  • 15 sessions on hourly basis per month. 
  • 5 sessions on hourly basis per week. 
  • Each hour costs rupees 1000 per student. 
  • If working in a pair of 2, the cost of per hour minimises to rupees 850 per student. 
  • The process of payments is requested to be made in advance via cash, cheque, or UPI. 
  • You can choose the no. of hours you wish to sit & work in a day according to your preference.
  • Members are requested to get their own art material. 
  • Only aprons, gloves and easels will be provided. 
  • You can ask in advance, what material will be required during the sessions.

It is advised to take a personal session interaction with the Instructing Artist so that we know who you are and where you are coming from or about your skill level so that we could help you grow accordingly. This will be free of cost.
